Pre-Appointment Health Disclosure

Prior to your appointment, you must inform us of any serious health conditions, including but not limited to:

• Heart conditions or cardiovascular issues
• Diabetes or blood sugar disorders
• Allergies to ink, latex, or other materials
• Skin disorders or conditions
• Blood clotting disorders
• Autoimmune conditions
• Current medications that may affect healing

Pregnancy and Nursing Policy

We do not perform tattoos on individuals who are pregnant or nursing. This policy is in place to protect both the individual and the child, as tattooing may pose risks during these periods.

Deposit Requirements

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment
• The deposit amount varies based on the size and complexity of your tattoo
• The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your tattoo
• Deposits can be paid via cash, card, or digital payment methods

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit
• Arriving more than 30 minutes late without prior notice may lead to appointment cancellation
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the full deposit
• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Design Process

• Custom tattoo designs will be presented for your approval on the day of your appointment
• Minor revisions can be made during the session at no additional cost
• Significant design changes may require rescheduling and an additional deposit
• We reserve the right to refuse designs that are inappropriate, offensive, or potentially harmful

Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by Tattoo Adda remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Cash (preferred method)
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• Digital payment methods (UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay)

Payment Processing Fees

• A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions
• Cash payments are not subject to processing fees
• Digital payment methods may have minimal processing fees
• All fees will be clearly disclosed before payment

Pricing and Estimates

• Pricing is based on size, complexity, and time required
• Final pricing may vary from initial estimates
• Payment is due in full upon completion of the tattoo
• We provide detailed pricing information before starting work

General Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits, completed work, and any other charges.

• Deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation reason
• Completed tattoos cannot be refunded
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind after service

Correction and Touch-up Policy

• In the unlikely event of an error on our part, we will provide a complimentary correction session
• Touch-ups for normal healing issues are provided free of charge within 3 months
• Corrections must be requested within 30 days of the original appointment
• Touch-ups due to improper aftercare are not covered

Aftercare Instructions

Proper aftercare is essential for the healing and longevity of your tattoo. We will provide detailed aftercare instructions after your session.

• Follow all provided aftercare instructions exactly
• Keep the tattoo clean and dry as instructed
• Avoid swimming, sun exposure, and excessive sweating
• Do not pick, scratch, or peel the tattoo
• Contact us immediately if you notice signs of infection

Client Responsibility

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the quality and healing of your tattoo. We are not responsible for complications arising from improper aftercare.
